Welcome to ph479. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ph479 online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and content offered through ph479.cam and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a binding legal contract between you ("User," "Player," "you") and ph479 Gaming Corporation ("ph479," "we," "us," "our").

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction. ph479 is licensed by PAGCOR to operate in the Philippines and targets Filipino players. 2.3 Account Registration and Information

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are typically credited to your ph479 account instantly. Bank transfers may take 5-30 minutes depending on the bank and payment network. Over-the-counter payments at 7-Eleven are credited within 15 minutes of confirmation. 3.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ph479 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal activity. ph479 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds, especially for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and return of funds.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

ph479 operates in strict compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations and PAGCOR AML requirements. We employ risk-based monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and law enforcement authorities. Such accounts will be immediately frozen, and funds may be seized pending investigation.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Methods

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you must not attempt to create a new account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ph479 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data; (c) statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform; (d) interruptions or errors in service; or (e) any other matter relating to the Platform.

ph479's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to ph479 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and ph479, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ph479 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph479 concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without ph479's prior written consent. ph479 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

12.4 Waiver

No waiver by ph479 of any breach or default under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
